There is a season for everything
and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven.

Dear Friends,

You are invited to experience the uplifting sermon and meaningful breath meditation presented by Murshida Nuria to the congregation of the Center for Universal Oneness on the day of the Spring Equinox.

As one of our Sufi brothers in Canada commented: "It is great to see how non-sufis are responding to the Sufi Message and the [Qasab] pranayama breathing practices."

May this offering bring you balance, courage, hope, and faith.

Love, Life and Light!

Clearing the Dust, Polishing the Lamp

When Rumi speaks about the annihilation of the false ego, that is the most uplifting philosophy that one could hear. He first says that your heart is like a mirror. What generally happens is that this mirror becomes dusty. You have to wipe it to take the dust off it. In the esoteric or mystic path, the teacher shows his pupils the way of wiping this mirror so that the reflection may fall more clearly.

The teaching will be based on the words of Hazrat Inayat Khan, and emphasized with spiritual practices and breath work.
